An evolving Tidemark, for the way you travel now

Tidemark was built on a simple idea: the more you fly with us, the more we should do for you. That idea isn't changing. What's evolving is how we deliver on it.
Starting February 1, 2027, we're introducing market-responsive award pricing. Instead of a fixed chart, award prices will reflect the value of each seat on each day, which means more choice at more price points. On many itineraries, members will find awards at the same or similar levels as today.¹
We're also recalibrating status so that it continues to mean something. As more members than ever reach Deepwater, keeping the experience worthy of the name means adjusting the path to it. We're simplifying qualification by retiring the segment path at Deepwater, so every member earns status the same way: by the miles they fly and the fares they choose.
The Companion Certificate has been reimagined as an award discount you can use once a year on select routes, giving you flexibility in how you enjoy it.
Your points will now stay active with any qualifying activity in a 36-month period.² And as part of an ongoing review of award inventory on certain long-range sectors, awards to Zone 8 will no longer be offered.
Nothing changes before February 1, 2027, and every award booked before then will be honored at the price you paid. We're grateful for your loyalty, and we're excited about what's ahead.
