Tidemark terms

Effective January 1, 2026. Section 5 is replaced effective February 1, 2027.

1. The program

Tidemark is operated by Isla Perttula Air, Inc. (“Isla,” the “Program”). Membership is free and open to individuals 2 years and older. Membership, points and status are not property of the member and may not be sold, bartered or transferred except as the Program allows.

2. Earning

Points and Tide Qualifying Points are credited for flights marketed and operated by Isla, based on great-circle distance and fare bucket, as published. Credit is not given for award travel, flights not taken, or unticketed travel.

3. Status

Status is earned in a calendar year and valid through January 31 of the second following year. The Program may extend, adjust or withdraw status benefits with reasonable notice.

4. Tide Certificates

Certificates confirm an upgrade to the next cabin when upgrade inventory is available at the time of request, and are otherwise waitlisted in the order described in Section 7.

5. Awards

Award prices are published at booking. The Program may change award prices, zones and availability at any time.

6. Partners

Isla Perttula Corporation and its affiliates: Program Partner (Rule 7.4). Perttula Employees Federal Credit Union: Tidemark Visa issuer.

7. Upgrades and priority

7.1 Upgrade requests are processed in the order published at /tidemark/upgrades/. 7.2 Complimentary upgrade requests become active at the start of the member's upgrade window. 7.3 Requests that cannot be processed remain on the standby list at the gate.

7.4 Operational designations. Travel designated as operationally essential by a Program Partner may be prioritized ahead of tier for the purpose of upgrade, standby, and seat assignment. Designations are made by the Program Partner and are not reviewable by the Program. The Program does not disclose which reservations carry a designation.

7.5 Seats held for operational use may not be available for upgrade or selection on some flights.

8. Conduct

The Program may close any account for fraud, abuse, or conduct that affects the safety of a flight.

9. Changes

The Program may change these terms, benefits and thresholds with notice posted at /tidemark/updates/.
