Every fare we sell belongs to a brand you choose, and a booking class that sets its price and rules. Cheaper classes close as a flight fills and as departure gets closer.
Main Saver
- Seat assigned at check-in; choose one for a fee
- No changes; cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund
- Boards last
- Earns 25% of distance flown; not eligible for upgrades
- One personal item and one carry-on bag
Main
- Choose a standard seat for free
- Change with no fee (pay any fare difference)
- Cancel for a travel credit
- Earns 50–100% of distance flown depending on fare
- Eligible for complimentary upgrades
Main Flex
- Fully refundable to original payment
- Same-day changes and standby at no charge
- Choose any Main Cabin seat, including exit rows
- Earns 150% of distance flown
- First in line for complimentary upgrades among Main fares
Veranda
- Veranda seat with extra legroom and a leg rest
- Two checked bags
- Change with no fee (pay any fare difference); cancel for a travel credit
- Earns 150–175% of distance flown
- Upgradable to Salon with a Tide Certificate
Veranda Flex
- Fully refundable
- Two checked bags
- Same-day changes at no charge
- Earns 200% of distance flown
Salon
- Lie-flat seat where installed; Veranda-style seat on the A220
- Three checked bags, priority everything
- Change with no fee; cancel for a $200 fee per passenger
- Lounge access on long-haul and transcontinental flights
- Earns 200–250% of distance flown

- Fully refundable
